Colleen works closely with small to medium-sized businesses to design custom employee benefit packages, as well as with business owners and executives to personalize their benefits. In addition, she assists individuals in choosing and securing Medicare Supplements, life, health, disability and long term care insurance.

A third generation insurance industry professional, with over 20 years of experience as a California agent, she obtained her license in 1989. She holds three insurance industry designations: LUTCF 1992, CLU 2001, and  CASL 2009. She is a past President of the Golden Gate Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals, former legislative and media chair of the Golden Gate Health Underwriters and a previous member of NAIFA, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Colleen was born in Pennsylvania, and lived in Massachusetts and Missouri before moving with her family to California. She attended high school in Moraga and graduated from the University of California (Go Bears!) with a B.A. in English. Following graduation she worked briefly as a high school English teacher and taught English as a foreign language in Lisbon, Portugal. Colleen enjoys presenting educational seminars for those preparing to turn 65!

From 1996-2010 Colleen produced and hosted a local cable television show that highlighted non-profit organizations. She interviewed over 120 different organizations. She is always interested in hearing about your favorite charity or volunteer organization.

Colleen and her husband, Cary, enjoy traveling, playing bocce and on occasion babysitting their grandsons, Sean, Mason and Jacob.

That I have been to all 50 states!
